My name is Tyler and this is my Doberman Pinscher, Ivy. I received Ivy in 2021, just shortly after I graduated from Texas A&M University. Neither of us had any idea how close we would become with each other. To this day, we enjoy running, swimming at the lake, and throwing ball until dad's arm goes out!

As a highly energetic puppy, Ivy would frequently eat too fast, causing herself to throw up. I knew that could be unhealthy so, I began to search for a solution that would reduce her impulses. I blended her kibble into a powder and mixed it with water. After a few weeks of doing that, I noticed her eating problems became nonexistent. Because of the soft texture of the powder and water mix, her stomach was able to break down the food easier than when it was in kibble form. Eventually, I was able to train her to eat kibble slowly and safely.

Since then, I've thought about the other dogs that struggle with eating. Now, we serve a variety of dogs at different stages of life with different needs.
